A Garden-Inspired Ceremony Under the Tent

Originally envisioned as an open-air ceremony, the couple made the call to shift under a clear-top tent — a Plan B executed with precision. The result? A soft, light-filled atmosphere that still felt open and connected to nature, but with just the right protection from the unpredictable spring skies.

Lush floral arrangements framed the altar, adding romantic structure and color, while guests looked on beneath twinkling lights. It was warm, peaceful, and full of love — exactly what the couple had hoped for.

Intentional Touches & Sweet Surprises

Emma and Harrison brought their personalities into the day in small but memorable ways — like setting up ping pong and Jenga (which doubled as their guest book!) to encourage relaxed fun and connection.

They originally planned to skip a first look, but in the whirlwind of excitement, opted for a quiet moment together before the ceremony. It ended up being one of their favorite parts of the day — a moment to breathe, ground themselves, and soak in what was ahead.

Reception in the Barn: Classic Meets Playful

The barn at Kent Island Resort created a warm, welcoming setting for the reception. Classic tablescapes were elevated with floral runners and soft spring tones, while guests enjoyed a celebration full of laughter, movement, and connection. The design was timeless — but never too serious. Every detail reflected the couple’s joyful approach to life and love.
