A. Yes! We have several amazing vendors in all categories that we love to work with and will gladly request
their availability and curate a list of recommendations for you to review.

A. Throughout the planning process we will create a timeline for you based on your event's specifics to help create a seamless flow of the day that allows all aspects you were looking to have incorporated into your wedding celebration to fit perfectly. We then share the timeline with your vendors and add their details as needed and manage the flow and execution of those details the day of.

Q. Who creates the timeline and orchestrates the flow of the day?

A. Throughout the planning process we will create a timeline for you based on your event's specifics to help create a seamless flow of the day that allows all aspects you were looking to have incorporated into your wedding celebration to fit perfectly. We then share the timeline with your vendors and add their details as needed and manage the flow and execution of those details the day of.

A. There is always a lead planner and at least one assistant for each wedding day. Should you choose to add on additional attendants for larger bridal parties or if the scope of your decor requires an additional set of hands, staff will be added and charged at $250 per. Your lead planner will have discussed this with your prior so there are no surprises :)

A. Of course! We love to be involved in the designing period of planning. Consider either Partial Planning or Full Planning to have our team do a full design or assist you with fine tuning your ideas for capture your vision for your wedding day!

A. Personal decor that is included in normal set up would be items like, welcome sign, card box + signage, guest book + signage, in memory of items, toasting flutes, cake knife, server and topper, a few personal pictures, escort carts/seating chart, favors, send off items and bar signage. These items should all be able to fit in 2-3 storage bins. A client moves into the DIY category when they choose to make and provide their own centerpieces and have a lot of personal details they plan to provide instead of hiring a vendor such as a florist or specialty rental company to provide. An additional assistant or two will be required to ensure there is enough time and attention to detail to set up your items as you envisioned. A copious inventory list with pictures detailing how and where to set each item up will be required. At the end of the event, all items will be packed up and placed into the agreed upon vehicle or storage place.
